Bio

My name is Daniel Adams, and I've spent most of my life wanting to create things. I've always had a passion for music, and I played saxophone from middle school up through college before making the change to composition. Meanwhile, I also developed a healthy tech background, dabbling in web design, programming, and even game design as far back as elementary school.

After college I started to explore indie game dev, submitting to some jams and even running a couple of my own. But it was September of 2020 when I first learned about WebXR, about how you could run a VR experience directly in your browser just by visiting a website, and from that point on I was hooked. I created the WebXR Discord, the semi-official community for WebXR developers that now has over 3000 members, and run monthly community meetups while socializing and offering assistance to countless others in the community.

I currently work as a developer for Zesty Market, and in my free time I continue my indie game dev efforts, but now with a focus on creating WebXR games to help grow the ecosystem and hopefully encourage other developers to create as well.
